Position Description: English Speaking Executive Assistants - Makati
Level: Non-Manager

Currently exciting opportunities exist for full-time experienced English Speaking Executive Assistants. Our clients are located globally and are seeking professional and dedicated virtual team members.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting international executives in roles which will require you to "wear many hats"
- Administer complex appointment calendars for one or more executives
- Provide comprehensive administrative support in the form of scheduling and coordination international and domestic travel logistics
- Draft and distribute important correspondence
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Plan and organize meetings with internal and external contacts
- Take meeting notes and preparing follow-up for staff meetings
- Process expense reports
- Act as a liaison and point of reference for cross-functional teams
- Pay meticulous attention to detail and be committed to achieving great results on all projects
- Exercise judgment in determining priorities and performing assignments
- Performs other related duties and special projects as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- MUST be fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum of three years supporting high-level executives
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a broad range of individuals
- Strong typing skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities, set priorities, and meet deadlines
